HOW IT WORKS
Unscrew the tip that is on your Leathos Hole Puncher and thread on the size you need until it seats. Lay the work on a cutting mat, set the tip on your mark, hold the tool and press straight down. The spring spins the cutter as you press and it slices the hole clean. Lift, and the hole is done. To change size, swap the tip.

-Do these fit my tool?
They fit the Leathos Hole Puncher, and only that. They thread on in place of the tips it came with. They do not fit other brands of punch, and this set does not include the tool.
-Why these five sizes?
Your tool came with 1.5mm to 4mm. These are the sizes outside that range people asked us for: a 1mm tip for the fine work, and 4.5mm, 5mm, 5.5mm and 6mm for the bigger holes on belts and straps.
-Which size do I need?
Measure what has to pass through the hole and pick the tip closest to it. If you are between two sizes, start with the smaller one. Leather gives a little, and a hole can always be opened up but never closed.
-What can I cut with them?
The same materials as the tool: leather, fabric, BioThane, paper and card. Put a cutting mat under the work.
-Can I use them one at a time?
Yes. Thread on the size you need for the job and swap it when the job changes, the same as the standard tips.
Smaller Holes, Bigger Holes, Same Tool You Already Own
Threads On Like the Tips You Already Have
Unscrew the tip that is on your Leathos Hole Puncher, thread one of these on in its place, and the tool works the way it always has. Same threaded system, same press, same spinning cut. The only thing that changes is the size of the hole that comes out.
They are made for the Leathos Hole Puncher and they do not fit other punches.
Five Sizes the Standard Set Doesn't Reach
Your tool came with tips from 1.5mm to 4mm. This set adds the two ends people kept asking us for.
At the small end, a 1mm tip for watch straps, fine leather goods and the detail work where even the smallest standard tip is too big. At the large end, 4.5mm, 5mm, 5.5mm and 6mm for belts, wide straps and the jobs where a 4mm hole is too tight.
One Piece of Steel Per Size
Each tip is a single steel tube with a ground cutting edge at one end and the thread at the other. There is nothing on it to adjust and nothing to work loose.
It goes on, it cuts, it comes off, and the five of them together take up less room in the drawer than a pencil.
What You'll Punch

Belts
A wider hole for a wider buckle, cut round and clean instead of forced with a nail. The 5mm to 6mm tips are belt territory.

Watch Straps
Dress straps take a 1mm hole, and nothing in the standard set gets down there. Now the tool you own does.

Shoulder straps, handles and tabs, where the hole has to be bigger and still look like it was meant to be there.

Collars and Harnesses
Dog collars and tack want holes that match the hardware they carry. Pick the tip that fits and press.

Fine Detail Work
Lacing holes on small goods, marks for stitching, and the tiny holes on card and paper templates. The 1mm tip is the one you reach for.

Small Engine Gaskets
Carburettor, cover and pump gaskets for mowers, chainsaws and outboards, cut from gasket paper on the mat. The small holes come out clean instead of torn by a knife.

A tie-down point in a tarp, a fresh hole in a webbing strap, a cord through the hem of a cover. The bigger tips are for the bigger jobs around the house.
Down to 1mm for Watch Straps and Fine Work
A dress watch strap takes a 1mm hole, and the smallest tip in the standard set is too big for it. The same goes for fine leather goods, lacing on small pieces and the marks you set out before stitching.
The 1mm tip cuts the hole the way the other tips do, a clean round cut instead of a hole pushed open with an awl.
